Refund policy

Overview

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
• Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged during shipping, defective due to manufacturer error, or you are sent the incorrect product, size, or color.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Incorrect sizing ordered
  • Exemptions:
    • We sent you the wrong size
    • The size is not as advertised in the product description
• Dissatisfaction with the color of the item
  • Exemptions:
    • We sent you the wrong color
    • The color is not as advertised in the photos

Return Process

To start the return process, please email us at hello@queerlyseattle.com. Include your order number and photo(s) demonstrating the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide a pre-paid shipping label. Note that you’re responsible for providing packaging, such as a box and packing materials.

Important: Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
